I am alum living out of state and I rely on this board for information. I graduated at the end of Fry's tenure and witnessed the end of a great coaches career. If Kirk does not get control of this program he is going to be done before he even got going. There is a severe attitude problem both on and off the field and frankly it is embarassing. I can accept losses but these guys don't take the field with any urgency. We need some new blood in this program that can put fire in the bellies of these young men and remind them that it is fun to play football. That is why we all love it, right. It is a damn fun game. Win or lose, you give it your all. These young men are not having any fun out there and not giving it their all. They are going through the motions, the responsbility for this falls on the coaching staff. We really missed an opportunity this year and it is a shame. Please make some changes Kirk, Iowa football has become unwatchable.
