Hoopsi, I have been away from the Internet for a couple weeks so now is the first I have seen or heard of this and I have to say it has been a terrible, terrible shock. I have been at a loss for words for the last few minutes, something those who know me best probably find unimagineable. This has been heart rending news for sure and certainly not what I was hoping to find when I came in today.

I don't think anyone who has followed the nest for the last 4 or 5 years could possibly not be moved to tears over this. I certainly know I am. We have all watched Kylen grow over the last couple years in pictures and stories and I know I speak for more than myself when I say that she has been a wonderful blessing to those of us who have followed your posts. We have certainly been thankful to you for sharing her with us and it is my deepest hope that you be afforded the opportunity to continue to do just that.

In times like this I know from personal experience that the condolences and the support from friends is likely far in excess of what you had imagined it could be. I pray that is the case for you as you go through this. I know there is little anyone can say right now that will do much to aleviate the fear and sadness you must be burdened with. Still, I offer my most heartfelt prayers, sympathy and concern.

It is truly a regret of mine that I have never taken any of the opportunities to stop and say hi and meet Kylen in person, at a game or a HNO gathering of some variety. It will be my prayer that someday, we all will have that opportunity once again.
